Apparently, she is upset because she couldn't retain the client and now she doesn't want to cooperate with providing the document needed to verify the previous insurance. I have been working in this industry for many years and I have never refused to help a client just because they switched to another agent. On the contrary, sooner or later they usually come back to me to rewrite their policy."

"5 star Today for Auleth Antillon who Helped me in changing my cargo camper van auto insurance to an RV policy which saves me $1300 a year. She was very professional polite and patient and called me back to verify different information as we got cut off Because I’m traveling. She gets a five star review, however I still want to leave my past review in place as this is an agent‘s office In my experience, this office has a high turnover rate and when I find a good person, they don’t stay, unfortunately. I do hope Miss Antillon stays. Past experience: State farm, Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL: I was with this office for about the past 5 years and had 9 policies with them: high wind/liability/umbrella policies with both agents as there was a change in ownership/agent about a year ago. Overall incompetent for the span I was with them. For example: 1: I asked them for a summary of my 9 policies to include the policy number, type, due date and fee and was told they could not organized the information. I asked how they manage with other people having dozens of policies and I was told unfortunately they can not organize my insurance policies I have with them. I created the table myself and sent it to them for confirmation but was told they could not confirm the information. I again asked how they deal with someone with dozens of policies and was told their software is not user friendly to create policy information. 2: I received at least 6 cancelation of policy notices via hard mail which I sent to them and they fixed the errors. I do not know why the errors occurred to begin with, I was never late with any premium payments. 3: I received at least 6 checks from them and the policy owners and put them in my bank and 3 of 6 bounced. I stopped depositing the checks and would email them to see if I should deposit it. The answer was not to and that the checks were sent to me in error. I never received any accountability regarding the errors, the bounced checks or why checks were issued to me that bounced. 4: In short I never spent so much of my own effort on insurance. Zero confidence in this company and location. I could not believe that both the first and second agent could not provide me with a very short summary of my 9 policies. incompetent"
